Inspector Wallace joined the police force at the age of eighteen (18) and has served the Federation for over thirty (30) years. Throughout her distinguished tenure, she has been assigned to various departments, including the Police Telecommunications Department, Anti-Narcotics Unit, Old Road Police Station, Nevis Division District 'C', Airport Security, Mobile Patrol Unit, Frigate Bay Police Station, and the Criminal Records Department. Complementing her long and illustrious career, Inspector Wallace has undertaken extensive training at local, regional, and international levels, all aimed at enhancing and improving her skills and knowledge. Her training encompasses diverse areas such as information technology,  sergeant general duty, and anti-corruption measures. Additionally, she is trained as an Emergency Medical Technician/Medic Specialist. Currently, Inspector Wallace heads the Office of Professional Standards, reflecting her commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism within the force. Her comprehensive experience and dedication continue to be invaluable assets to the police force and the community she serves.
