Superintendent  Carty is a dedicated and experienced Senior Officer in the Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force. With a career that began at 19 in 2007, Superintendent Carty has steadily advanced through the ranks and gained extensive experience in the Criminal Investigation Department across St Kitts and Nevis. A strong belief in the power of knowledge and training drives his commitment to public safety and law enforcement. Superintendent Carty holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, graduating with summa cum laude honors. His professional development has been a lifelong pursuit, with specialized training locally, regionally, and internationally in areas such as Trafficking in Persons, Statement Analysis, Basic Criminal Investigation, Interview and Interrogation Techniques, Prosecution, and Executive Leadership. A passionate advocate for Human Resource Development, Superintendent Carty focuses on equipping officers with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. His training background includes courses in management and leadership, General Sergeant Duties, Junior Staff and Command, and more, all aimed at fostering a more effective and professional police force. With his experience,

Carla Wallace JP

Ag Superintendent Wallace joined the police force at the age of eighteen (18) and has served the Federation for over thirty (30) years. Throughout her distinguished tenure, she has been assigned to various departments, including the Police Telecommunications Department, Anti-Narcotics and Special Serviced Units, Old Road Police Station, Nevis Division District 'C', Airport Security, Mobile Patrol Unit, Frigate Bay Police Station,St Pauls Police Station, Tabernacle Police Station, the Criminal Records Department and performed in the capacity of Station Officer at the Basseterre Police Station.Complementing her long and illustrious career, Ag Superintendent Wallace has undertaken extensive training at local, regional, and international levels, all aimed at enhancing and improving her skills and knowledge. Her training encompasses diverse areas such as information technology,  sergeant general duty, and anti-corruption measures. Additionally, she is trained as an Emergency Medical Technician/Medic Specialist. Currently, Ag Superintendent Wallace  is the Operations Commander in the Crime Directorate. She served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Police Credit Union and as the President of the Police Welfare

Association. She served the RSS at the Central Liaision Office in Barbados. Previously she headed the Office of Professional Standards, reflecting her commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism within the force. Her comprehensive experience and dedication continue to be invaluable assets to the police force and the community she serves.

Alrick Edwards BA, JP

Superintendent Alrick Edwards joined the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force on 12th October 1999, and has since made significant contributions to the police force. Beginning as a Constable, Alrick progressed through the ranks serving as a Corporal, Sergeant, Inspector, and eventually reaching the position of Superintendent of Police.  Alrick’s educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Art degree in Police Administration, from the Central Police University in the ROC on Taiwan, a second level shooters certificate which includes practical shooting and pistol smithing, theoretical and practical studies in ballistics from the same university. He has attained a 2nd degree black belt in judo and police self defense and a fluent speaker in the Chinese mandarin language attaining Level 1 and 2 passes in Test of Chinese As A Foreign Language (TOCFL) all qualification was attained in June 2018. He has also acquired several certificates and training in areas such as Financial Investigation, Drug Interdiction and Eradication, DDACTS, MAGIC , has attended the Junior Officers’ (Staff) Course in Guyana which trains junior gazetted officers for senior leadership position in the Police Force, Law Enforcement Management

Development Program in El Salvador and training with Regional Security System. He has worked in a number of department such as Special Branch, Minor Offences, court and process, instructed at the Police Training School, Frigate Bay Police Station, Special Services Unit and Orderly to the COP CG Walwyn to name a few. With a wealth of experience, strong educational background, and a passion for law enforcement Alrick continues to be a staple in maintaining safety and security and law and order in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
