Traffic Court Convictions

In Traffic Court proceedings on May 6 and 8, 2025, the following persons appeared before Her Honors Sherry-Ann Liburd–Charles and Yasmine Clarke. The following convictions were recorded:

 • Mc Harold Wilson of Lodge Project – Fined $750 in 2 months or 7 days imprisonment for driving without due care (June 2023).

 • Shakeil Lambert of Molyneaux – Fined $1,500 in 3 months or 14 days imprisonment for driving without due care and attention, $750 in 2 months or 14 days imprisonment for driving without insurance, and $1,000 in 1 month or 14 days imprisonment for driving without a valid license (June 2024).

 • Ozani Purcell of Stapleton – Fined $2,000 in 3 months or 14 days imprisonment for driving without due care and attention (August 2024).

 • Itruly Pemberton of Keys – Fined $750 in 3 months or 14 days imprisonment for driving without insurance, $1,000 in 3 months or 14 days imprisonment for driving without a  license, and $500 by 30th May 2025 or 14 days imprisonment for taking vehicle without consent of the owner (August 2024).

 • Dannell Parrington of Lime Kiln – Fined $400 or 14 days imprisonment for driving without a valid license, and $750 in 2 months or 14 days for driving without insurance (Nov 2024).

 • Jason Wilkes of Greenlands – Fined $800 in 2 months or 1 month imprisonment for driving without due care and attention  (Nov 2024).

 • Bakari Liburd of St Johnson Village – Fined $1,500 in 1 month or 14 days imprisonment for driving without due care and attention.  (Nov 2024).

 • Jehance Richards of West Farm – Fined $500 in 6 months or 14 days imprisonment for driving without a valid license and cautioned for driving without insurance (April 2025).

 • Shaquille Worrell of Cayon – Fined $750 in 2 months or 14 days imprisonment for driving without a valid license and cautioned for driving without insurance (April 2025).
