The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) proudly recognises the people of the Federation for playing a pivotal role in achieving a 75% reduction in homicides during the first half of 2025; a milestone that reflects the growing strength of our nation’s security, civility, and patriotism. Between January and June 2024, sixteen (16) homicides were recorded. For the same period this year, four (4) have been documented, resulting in an 75% decrease.

This is not just a number; it is a national achievement and as such, this success belongs to all of us. It stands as an undeniable reflection what can be accomplished when community policing, civic duty, and shared responsibility come together in defence of peace and prosperity. It is the result of consistent collaboration between the public and the police, and a powerful testament to what happens when citizens embrace self-love, national pride, and respect for law and order.

Throughout the first half of the year, the RSCNPF has recorded a steady increase in public engagement across all categories of criminal activity. More and more residents are recognising that security begins at the community level. This shift toward togetherness and civic cohesion is creating the foundation for long-term tranquility across our twin-island Federation.

The RSCNPF highly commends every person who has made the choice to uphold peace, not only through words, but through daily action. Whether by mentoring a young person or resolving disputes without violence, citizens and residents have shown that true patriotism starts with protecting one another.

As we advance into the latter half of 2025, the RSCNPF encourages the public to remain vigilant and unified. Peace is not the absence of danger, but the presence of accountability, empathy, and discipline. Let us continue this journey together, with civic integrity and national pride, toward a future marked by tranquility, security, and shared prosperity for all.
