Craig Mills of King Street, Basseterre, and Jahmal Kentish of Stonefort Heights, Challengers, both on St. Kitts, have been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the Robbery committed at InstaCash in Basseterre on October 14th, 2023.
Mr Mills, who initially pleaded not guilty, changed his plea to guilty on the charge of Robbery. He was sentenced to eleven (11) years imprisonment, with time on remand to be deducted and one-third remission for good behaviour to be applied by His Majesty’s Prison administration.
His co-defendant, Mr Kentish, who had pleaded guilty in March 2025, was sentenced to eight and a half (8½) years imprisonment, also with time on remand and one-third remission to be deducted. Both men were sentenced at the St. Christopher High Court in Basseterre on October 29th, 2025, by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley KC.
