Timothy Powell of Maryland, USA, currently residing at Meade’s Pasture, Nevis, has been charged with the offences of Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply. The offences were committed on October 30th, 2025, at Meade’s Pasture during the execution of a search warrant by officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF). Officers discovered a small bag containing a white substance suspected to be cocaine inside a bag belonging to Mr Powell.
The substance was subsequently confirmed to be cocaine, and Mr Powell was charged at the Newcastle Police Station that same day.
