Javier Charles of Bath Village, Nevis, has been convicted and fined for the offences of Battery and Malicious Damage. Having pleaded guilty to both charges, Mr Charles was fined:
Mr Charles was sentenced on February 3rd, 2026, at the Charlestown Magistrate’s Court, presided over by His Honour Mr Renold Benjamin.
