On February 12th, 2026, officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) Division “C” executed a search warrant at the premises of Marcel Mills in Hamilton, Nevis. During the search, officers discovered forty (40) plants suspected to be [and shortly thereafter confirmed as] cannabis on the property. The plant and other items of evidential value were taken into custody.
Marcel Mills and Mekel Mills, who also resided at the premises, were arrested and taken into police custody for the offences of Cultivation of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.
Marcel Mills was charged at the Cotton Ground Police Station, and Mekel Mills was charged at the New Castle Police Station. Both were charged on February 13th, 2026.
