T’Sean Hendricks of Ottley’s, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offences of Possession of Firearm, and Possession of Ammunition, committed on November 28th, 2025.
Having pleaded guilty on February 11th, 2026, to both offences, Mr Hendricks was sentenced on March 23rd, 2026, to seven and a half (7½) years’ imprisonment for Possession of Firearm, and two and a half (2½) years’ imprisonment for Possession of Ammunition. His sentences will run concurently and one-third remission is applied with time spent on remand also being counted towards them.
Mr Hendricks’ sentence was handed down at the Basseterre High Court, presided over by His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson.
