William De La Cruz has been sentenced for three (3) counts of the offence of Conveying Contrabands into His Majesty’s Prison, committed on April 17th, 2026.
Having pleaded guilty to the offences, Mr De La Crus was convicted and fined one thousand two hundred (XCD $1,200), payable in seven (7) days or in default, serve twelve (12) months in prison.
Mr De La Cruz’s sentence was handed down on May 5th, 2026, at the Basseterre Magistrate Court presided over by Her Honour Mrs Rhonda Nisbett-Brown.
