De Shea Prentice of Fiennes Avenue, McKnight, St. Kitts, has been sentenced for the offence of Simple Larceny, committed on November 23rd, 2025, at Cayon Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts.
Having pleaded guilty, Mr Prentice was convicted and fined seven hundred and fifty dollars (XCD $750), payable in one (1) month or serve two (2) months in prison in default. He was also ordered to pay a compensatory sum of one hundred and forty-three dollars (XCD $143.85) within fourteen (14) days or serve one (1) month in prison in default.
Mr Prentice’s sentence was handed down at the Basseterre Magistrate Court presided over by Her Honour Mrs Rhonda Nisbett-Browne on May 5th, 2026.
