The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is investigating the deaths of two individuals discovered at a residential property in Brown Pasture, Nevis, in the early morning hours of September 3rd, 2026, between 12:30 AM and 1:30 AM.
The deceased have been identified as Caroline Denese Rodriques, aged fifty-two (52), and Mario Andrew, aged sixty-one (61), both of Brown Pasture. Both individuals sustained injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene. An autopsy will be performed to determine the precise cause of death in each case.
The scene was processed by the Crime Scene Unit of the RSCNPF and some items of evidential value have been recovered. One individual has been taken into custody in connection with the deaths of Ms Rodriques and Mr Andrew. Investigations into the matter are ongoing and updates will be appropriately issued as they progress.
Anyone with information that may assist this investigation is asked to contact the nearest police station or call 911 immediately. All information will be treated with the strictest confidence.
