Traffic Department Enhances Vehicle Registration System – Minor Delays Due To Technical Issues

The Traffic Department of St. Kitts and Nevis is pleased to announce the introduction of significant upgrades and enhancements to our vehicle registration system. These improvements have been designed to provide more efficient and streamlined services to the public, ensuring a better overall experience for vehicle owners across the Federation.

The new system is now live, however, we have encountered some minor technical issues that have resulted in temporary delays in processing certain transactions. These issues have also affected the administration of driver’s tests, including written and road examinations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by these delays and deeply appreciate the public's patience and understanding during this transition period.

Our technical teams are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We are confident that once resolved, the enhanced system will greatly benefit all users by providing faster, more reliable service.

The Traffic Department remains committed to delivering high-quality, efficient services to the public. We thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we finalize these system upgrades. Further updates will be provided as soon as the technical issues are fully resolved.

For any immediate concerns or inquiries, please feel free to contact the Traffic Department.
