BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, July 26, 2024 - A post-mortem examination was performed on the body of the late Leshan D'Quane Henry, aged 32, of Nevis Street, Basseterre, on July 26, 2024, by resident pathologist Dr. Adrian Nunez. He was assisted by pathologist Dr. Naudica Phillip.
Following the examination, Dr. Nunez determined the cause of death to be Hypovolemic Shock due to massive Hemoperitoneum and right Hemothorax, resulting from multiple gunshot wounds.
The investigation into this homicide is ongoing.
