Jaheem Nisbett of Upper Thibou Avenue, McKnight, St. Kitts, has been convicted and sentenced to serve four (4) years and six (6) months in His Majesty’s Prison for the offences of possession of firearm and possession of ammunition. The offences were committed on September 23rd, 2023, at Lower Prickley Pear Alley, Basseterre, St. Kitts, where one (1) Glock 23 with ten (10) .40 calibre rounds were found in Mr Nisbett’s possession.
Mr Nisbett pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced on August 26th, 2024, by His Honour Mr. Reynold Benjamin at the District “A” Magistrate Court in Basseterre.
