Raymond Rawlins of Malone Avenue, St. Kitts, has been fined for the offence of Conveying Contraband into His Majesty’s Prison, committed on September 19th, 2025.
Having pleaded guilty to the offence, Mr Rawlins was fined one thousand dollars (XCD $1000), to be paid within three (3) months, or in default, serve twelve (12) months imprisonment.
Mr Rawlins’ sentence was handed down on January 27th, 2026, at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court, presided over by Her Honour Magistrate Yasmine Clarke.
