The Traffic Department wishes to inform the general public of temporary changes to the traffic flow in Basseterre to facilitate the smooth hosting of the PLP Convention on July 12, 2024, between the hours of 1:00 PM and 12:00 AM (midnight).
During this period:
Cayon Street will accommodate westbound traffic only.
All vehicles travelling east into Basseterre will be required to turn left into Greenlands or right into Burdon Street.
No right turns will be permitted into Greenlands for vehicles travelling westward on Cayon Street.
Motorists are asked to exercise patience, comply with all posted signs and directions given by traffic officers, and plan their routes accordingly.
The Traffic Department appreciates your cooperation and understanding.
