1. Traffic on Victoria Road will flow from south to north only
2. No parking will be permitted on the western side of Victoria Road between the old BHS & Seaton Street
3. No parking will be permitted on Victoria Road below Seaton Street
4. Parking will be permitted on Seaton Street for the immediate family of the deceased, parliamentarians, & other dignitaries only
5. Public parking will be available at the Old Girls School Grounds, Carnival Village, tennis court parking lot, & below the football field via the marathon gate
6. No parking will be permitted on Cayon Street between Victoria Road & Springfield Cemetery
