My Fellow Officers,
I am honored to announce my candidacy for the Constables Branch Board, and I am asking for your support in this election. I believe that we deserve a board that prioritizes our well-being, professional growth, and the resources we need to serve effectively.
If elected, my focus will be on taking care of our officers by implementing:
Professional Development Sessions: Training on mental health, teamwork, leadership, and specialized skills.
Mental Health & Wellness Programs – Confidential support, stress management workshops, and fair shift policies.
Improved Working Conditions – Advocating for better equipment, fair promotions, and safer environments.
Team Building & Recognition – Strengthening camaraderie and creating officer appreciation initiatives.
Stronger Community Engagement – Enhancing public trust and community policing efforts.
Transparency & Accountability – Ensuring fair policies that protect both officers and the public.
This is our department, and together, we can create a stronger, more united force. I am committed to listening to your concerns and taking real action to support you.
